Day 4 – BOB – Midnight Ka-Bobs
Tired but inspired we ended our 4th day of work in true band of brother fashion. The work load seemed to ease as we were blessed to work along side of Maxim, Dima, and Ira. What a treat to not only see the families of past Hopehouse trips but to work with was truly an inspiration. These men are the kind of men deserving admiration and respect. Their love for the children and the Lord is unwaivering.
We built and installed half of the roof trusses. That was fun! Tomorrow we plan to complete the roof and stand load bearing walls on the 3rd floor. It was a good day. When you are working for Jesus, nothing is impossible. Jesus is absolutely sufficient.
After work we had another treat in true Yuri style. We got to see an old friend, Dimetri. He took a day of his vacation and prepared shish-ka-bob over an open flame. Not only was the food amazing, fellowshipping with Dima is something we always appreciate and look forward to. its time for us to go to work so we will close until tomorrow. Hey Brothers,
It certainly looks like you are carrying on the proud B.O.B. tradition. It is great to know that you are there cheerfully, albeit sorefully, doing the work which God has laid on your hearts. I will pray for your soreness to abate and your fellowship with each other and our Ukrainian brothers and sisters to continue to increase. Man, I know I wasn’t supposed to go this year but I wish I could have joined you anyway. What a blessing you all are to them and I know they are a blessing to you as well. Say hi to Papa Yuri, Sergei, Dima, Max, Ira, Irina, Svetlana and everyone else overthere. If you get a chance to hug the kids, give em an extra for me would you please? Remind Jay to pet Dima’s dog for me. LOL. Okake, gotta go but keep up the good work men. Have a beef pie and apple turnover for me. God bless. -Sean-

God has truly blessed you guys and led you as you have worked this week. It seems as though Yuri needs to set up some sight seeing tours for the Maddox team since you have done most of the work they were expecting to do. PWe are all praying for your safe return home. Once again thanks and congratulations for a mission “well done”.

I know God is working though you on this project. We are proud of you and we pray for you every day. Ken, your CLC brothers prayed for you special this morning. We’re praying for all of your wives and kids while you men are away. Travel safely coming home and we look forward to hearing about everything…. well, almost everything! Keep up the great work!
